This graph above and the remaining graphs below tell a rather compelling story about what happens with the 21st CCLC programs in Idaho. It is the most successful academic growth program in the state and we believe it to be the top growth program nationally of any state-wide 21st CCLC program. We make the claim because we have the data.
Creating Change has been around helping K-12 education since 1992. We built the 21st CCLC Management System in 2001 specifically to show the results desired by the State of Idaho. In 2002 we built a similar system for the State of Montana. Both are still in use today and the State Directors of each welcome your calls or emails if you wish to do so. We were invited to share the results in San Diego at the 2006 National 21st CCLC Conference.
The 21st CCLC MS is customized to your state needs and designed to be as simple as possible for the user while complex enough to gather the required state and federal data. As a result, we submit all federal data to PPICS for you and you get data that you can use.
In Idaho we adapted the 21st CCLC MS to accommodate the state standardized testing structure, allowing 21st CCLC staff to work with students specifically targeted to their academic needs. We can explain how we did this if you want more information, but the basics remain – you must have an easy way for information to become useful.
