Training & Support

The most critical stage in the implementation process is Training and Support. Our definitions of these two processes are:

Training = providing adequate information, resources, and instruction to an individual for the purpose of accomplishing a specific task.
Support = providing an ongoing method of allowing an individual to monitor their progress internally or externally

With these operational definitions, it is easy to see how inclusive this process really is. Starting and ending with data allows us to set into motion the proper training and support items that will allow goal attainment.
