Helping educators learn to organize their own personal time so that it can be used in a wise manner is critical not only to the success of teachers, but also to their students. The transferance of using time is rarely done effectively so that students understand how to use the time they have.

• Understand the necessity of using some kind of planning tool and how it works.
• Use effectively an End Based planning process
